Check-in

  • Check in time: 12.30 PM
  • Check out time: 10.30 AM
  • Late Night Check in is not available
  • Half-day charges apply for check-out after 10:30 AM.

Food:

  • We serve pure vegetarian food only.
  • Our buffet features a delicious combination of Maharashtrian and North Indian dishes.
  • All meals will be served in our restaurant only. We kindly request guests to enjoy their food in the dining area
  • Lunch time - 1 to 2 PM.
  • If you arrive after the scheduled lunch timing, please note that a refund or adjustment for lunch (or any other meal) will not be possible, as your meal is already prepared in advance. We request you to plan your arrival accordingly.

Liquor Policy

Consumption of Alcohol Drugs, Hukka, Smoking etc is strictly prohibited.

Food: Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast

Towels & Toiletries: One towel and a set of toiletries are provided per guest, Additional towels are available at ₹80 per towel.

Water Bottle:
1. One complimentary water bottle is provided per adult.
2. Additional bottles are available at Rs.20 per bottle.

Payment and Cancellation

  • We charge 100% payment in advance for booking confirmation
  • We have No Refund, No Cancellation and No Reschedule policy
  • We will do our best to avoid having to cancel your booking, however, where necessary, we reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time. In such circumstances, we will refund your payment.

Event Policy:

  • Apart from room stays, we offer special packages for events such as Weddings, Engagements, Birthdays, Get-togethers, and more.
  • Please note that guests booking rooms are not permitted to organize any kind of event or celebration within the property without prior approval and a separate event package booking.

Guest Guidelines

  • Loud Music / Noise: Not permitted within the property premises. Please help us maintain a peaceful environment.
  • Swimming Pool Safety: There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests who do not know swimming are strictly advised not to enter the pool or nearby areas.
  • Village Surroundings: Megh Malhar is surrounded by small villages. You may occasionally hear Bhajan, Kirtan, or other cultural programs on loudspeakers, including at night.
  • Activities Policy - All on-site activities are complimentary for our guests — no additional charges apply. In case you face any difficulty or issue while using the activities, please note that no refund, compensation, or monetary claim will be entertained.
  • Responsibility: Megh Malhar Agro Tourism will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or accidents occurring on the premises.
  • Drivers Accommodation: Not available at the property.
  • Seasonal Farming: We practice seasonal farming in open areas. Vegetables and fruits are available as per season only (not available during monsoon).
  • Farmhouse Produce Policy - We take pride in growing seasonal fruits, vegetables, and flowers at our farmhouse. These items are available for purchase if you’d like to take some fresh produce home — they are not part of the complimentary inclusions.

Guidelines for a Safe & Natural Stay

  • Megh Malhar is designed to keep you close to nature.
  • Our property is surrounded by lush farms and natural habitats, home to various birds, insects, worms, lizards, and other small creatures that are part of our ecosystem.

We kindly request you to:

  • Avoid harming any living beings around the property.
  • Keep windows and doors closed to prevent insects from entering your room.
  • Wear sports shoes while exploring the property.
  • Check your shoes before wearing to avoid insects or small creatures.
